Administrator - Credit Control (6 month FTC)
Quote Me Today is one of the UK’s leading and fastest-growing commercial insurance brokers and provides tailored insurance solutions to a wide range of customers and businesses.
We are looking for an Administrator to join our Credit Control team on a fixed term contract initially for 6 months, with a possibility of extension.
This is an entry level role, experience within credit control is not essential and you will be fully trained. The tasks will be administrative and involve contacting customers by telephone and include:
• Accurately interpreting and transcribing information from one system to another and following these up with letters, emails, text messages, notation, diarising
• Setting up finance applications
• Making contact with customers for payment collection.
We are looking for someone to join us as soon as possible.
The selection process for this role will involve an interview lasting approximately 45 – 60 minutes. All appointments are made subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks.
