What Do We Expect from You?
As Marketing Manager you will be responsible for co-ordinating all marketing activity for Boon Edam Limited in accordance with the Group Marketing Strategy. The role is both challenging and varied and will require the ability to work on your own initiative.

You will develop and execute, in conjunction with the National Sales Managers, a coherent local marketing strategy in line with the business needs and requirements. You will also develop a Social Media Marketing plan aimed at enhancing brand recognition and lead generation.
The Marketing Manager will regularly liaise with Boon Edam Limited’s media partners, including PR and digital agencies to ensure all brand guidelines are adhered too and their performance is of the highest level.

You will be confident at analysing the effectiveness of marketing activities and compile monthly reports to the senior management team on past, current and future marketing activity carried out. You will identify, develop, promote and deliver events and campaigns throughout the UK to promote the Boon Edam brand and products. You will have a keen eye for design and creation of all marketing material and maintain effective internal communications.

The position is based at our offices in Ashford, but you may be required to travel within the UK and to Holland to fulfil the role. The successful candidate must live within daily commuting distance of our Ashford office.

What Are Your Skills Necessary to Perform This Role?
• Previous background or recognized qualification in marketing.
• Able to demonstrate ability to transfer analysis of on-going marketing activities into deliverable actions to result in increased lead generation.
• Solid experience using all social media platforms and campaigns.
• Outstanding organisational, analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to work on your own initiative.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent communicator able to liaise with and build customer, supplier, and partner rapport.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programmes.
• Proven knowledge and experience of Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and Adobe Creative suite of products desirable but not essential.
• GCSE Maths and English, Grade C or higher.
