HR Advisor / Administrator - Hybrid Role.
We are currently working on behalf of a client in Dover who are seeking a HR assistant to join their team for a period of 3 months.
You will be required to provide administrative support on all employment matters including employee relations, performance management, employee development and recruitment and selection and offer generalist HR support, guidance and advice to employees and management across the business
Key skills required:
• Previous experience of working as a HR Administrator and/or Advisor
• Pro-active in your approach using your own initiative
• Effectively work as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office packages and database experience
• Due to the location your own transport is an advantage but not essential.
Initially you will be required to work in the office 5 days a week until you are up to seed, then there is the opportunity to work from home on a rota basis alongside the team.
