Work Coaches!

A range of hours and location available, working on a non-exclusive, flexible basis.

Monday to Friday, with the option of fitting around school hours...

You will join our successful Supported Internships team and provide dedicated, individualised support to students. You will be working alongside them in Job Club and a bespoke work placement with the aim of supporting them into paid employment at the end of the internship.

Hourly rate: £11.00 per hour

Locations:

2 x Swale.

1 x Medway.

1 x Gravesham.

1 x Medway/Gravesham/Swale.

We need people who are:

• Great organisers and problem-solvers

• Able to connect well with young people and employers

• Passionate about nurturing the potential of young people with learning difficulties and/or autism

• Calm, confident and adaptable

• Committed and reliable

Experience of working as a Job Coach and with young people with a learning difficulty and/or autism is desirable, but not essential.
