This is a 360-degree recruitment role to work on an established desk, meaning you will manage the whole cycle of recruitment. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will develop long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates and be able to grasp a full picture of each and every requirement from both parties.
Person spec:
- A desire to learn and develop
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- A good sense of humour!
- Recruitment experience is desirable but not essential
- B2B experience will be looked on favourably
You`ll receive excellent training from very experienced consultants as well as ongoing support from the team throughout your time at Farrer Barnes. We have a real focus on team success so a collaborative effort is in place.
