Finance Manager, West London, £60,000 - £70,000, Luxury Retail Brand

Your new company
A Finance Manager is required for a national industry leader based in West London. This is a great opportunity to join a private equity backed, rapidly growing company, with a passion for branding and luxury. Working in the head office, you will be managing the company's financial operations, managing a bright team of accountants, and reporting to the Group Financial Director (GFD).

Your new role
The role for Finance Manager is a unique opportunity to work in an ambitious and rapidly growing organisation with clear opportunities for promotion to Financial Controller. Your role as Finance Manager will be a broad one with a range of responsibilities such as:

* Managing a team of passionate and resourceful accountants, mentoring and assisting them in achieving their day-to-day targets
* Preparing monthly statutory reports and balance sheet reconciliations to be presented to GFD
* Leading the implementation of a new system: Dynamics 365
* Preparing scheduled year end audits and working alongside auditors to ensure timely and accurate auditing
* Ensure stock invoices are input and managed in sage system
* Conducting supplier payments, reconciling supplier accounts, and ensure all creditors are paid timely to be done on a weekly basis and reported to GFD
* Ensuring monthly submissions of reports to Office of National Statistics
* Support the GFD in preparing UK&I payroll as well as other necessary HMRC processes

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed as a Finance Manager here, you MUST have the following:


* An accounting body qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
* Experience managing a team
* Ideally, experience in the retail and distributions industry
* Advanced user of accounting systems (SAGE, Dynamics etc)
