Due to expansion our Tonbridge client is looking for a full time Trainer to join the team!
Free parking. hours 9-5.30 Monday to Friday , good lunch break, bonuses, lovely offices and friendly professional people
This is a lovely job with a great award winning training team which are highly regarded in the industry as the best carer training.
If you have a good care background training will be given. if you come from a training care background that would be helpful.(level 2 Diploma / NVQ in Health & Social Care, and current knowledge of manual handling preferred).
As well as delivering in house training courses, you will be required to book carers onto the training courses, attend mandatory training in line with regulatory requirements, attend other relevant training courses.
You must be a team player, have a professional and approachable manner with excellent communications skills.
