A National Social Care Charity are recruiting a HR Advisor to join their South East HR Team. You will be joining a team of experience professionals to support the company with Employee Relation issues, covering Kent, East Sussex, Essex and Bromley.
Your new role
As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for the following:
* Recruitment and selection
* Operational HR Management
* Office Management
* Employee Relations
* Equal Opportunities
* Employment Law and best practice
This is a full remote based role but you may be required to travel to sites across the South East.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you must have at least 2 years of experience within a HR position in a medium to large sized organisation, ideally within the public sector. You must have excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to work individually and part of a team.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of £27,758 + 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, hybrid working, flexible hours (37.5 hours per week), employee assistance programme, travel expenses, training and development, with possible CIPD funding and pension.
