This is an opportunity to work alongside an experienced and highly-successful temporaries controller and manager, as a part of our Tunbridge Wells team. Working from town centre offices, we envision this to be a career position – with routes to learn, grow and develop, both in seniority and earnings.

It is a rare and exciting chance for the right candidate as not only will you join an established, flourishing section and be introduced to a network of busy clients/candidates from day one, but also you’ll have the chance to earn highly based from personal and team performance, and also to develop your career, and learn each stage of the recruitment process.

Fun, high-performance business unit that has demonstrable potential and lots of variety- sales, process, administration, service, compliance, contracts.

Day-to-day, you will undertake a mixed responsibility-set based on the demands of the temp, temp-to-perm and interim requirements across our client base, whilst also looking to develop new commercial opportunity through proactive sales activity. We work on temp bookings throughout T. Wells and the South East, with roles typically covering: office administration, customer services, accounts, PA/secretarial, light industrial/warehousing, and in the role, you will take responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process.

Training and ongoing access to internal and external support will be provided where needed

The role will combine the following:-
• Client Contact / Development – a combination of customer service delivery, account management with clients and new business development with new / previous clients; using a variety of telephone, video and face-to-face tools to take on new bookings, promote services and manage relationships.
• Candidate Management – drafting and placing job advertisements, managing the responses, investing time interviewing candidates to ascertain core skills, strength, motivations and ambitions.
• Marketing output – creating advertising and marketing content (written or visual) for the service.
• Process Administration – Assisting put together contracts, conducting pre-employment checks such as collecting references, answering any queries from candidates, administrating payroll information and documentations

Salary for the role TBD – made up of a competitive basic and bonus/commissions package, which we bench-marked at 40% above our leading competitor last year.
