Call Centre Sales Advisor

Barker Munro Recruitment, insurance specialists within the Kent region are working with this highly desirable insurance brand who are looking to fill a number of Call Centre Sales Advisor positions.

We are looking for a competitive Call Centre Sales Advisors to help grow with the business, you will identify a customer's needs and demands and sell accordingly.

You will be joining a dedicated and forward thinking insurance firm, with a proven track record within the industry that offers excellent career development within the busy insurance market.

You will work in an outbound telephony team speaking to warm leads to determine their insurance requirements and selling them relevant products and services. You will sell additional products which address the needs of a customer by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts, explaining features & benefits. By offering expertise/knowledge on the relevant products and services you will be able to grow the customer loyalty.

You will be placed on an initial comprehensive training scheme to learn about the company, the services, systems and products before being of the functional sales team.

You should be able to demonstrate the ability to build a rapport with customers on the phone with excellent listening skills and the ability to confidently deliver the information they require in order to sell the relevant products. Call Centre experience would be ideal but not essential or previous customer service experience in a face to face environment would also be a good stepping stone into this job. Ideally you will have some exposure to working to targets within a regulated, measurable framework and achieving SLAs
