Are you proactive, organised and a great team player?
We are looking for a service administrator to join our established community project based in Tunbridge Wells.
You will administer day-to-day operations and processes, and help oversee the work of office volunteers and junior staff, ensuring the service runs smoothly. As part of a small team, you will manage enquiries and bookings by phone and email, talking to multiple clients and volunteers every day.
You will need to be a good communicator with attention to detail, and have great customer service and organisational skills. This is a busy and much-valued service so you should be able to deal with unexpected issues and then refocus on the task at hand.
Working alongside our finance team, you will prepare client invoices, chase outstanding payments and process volunteer expenses. You will be trained to use our bespoke database so should be confident in learning and using IT, and be able to enter data efficiently and accurately.
There will be opportunities to promote the service and speak to community groups and others, so a car driver is essential.
This is a great role for someone with admin or customer experience, or for someone starting a career in this field.
Do you have the right skills and drive for the role?
