Our clients are looking for a highly organised and motivated retail manager who has experience in managing staff and store.
Our clients are a well established furniture company who are opening their first retail store in Tunbridge Wells. The successful candidate will be required to assist with the opening of the store including hiring staff members and provide full training. The company specialises in mobility furniture, so the ideal candidate needs to be kind-hearted, empathetic or have previous experience in a care home (not essential).
Duties will include;
Managing all staff
General running of the store
Understanding the customers needs and provide professional advice
Handling the checkouts/cashing up
Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
2 Saturdays a month
An attractive salary starting at £25,000 with a bonus scheme
Start date: 1st of September.
Must be able to travel to Bristol for initial training – up to 5 days (expenses paid for)
