Trainee Recruitment Consultants Required

DSR Global is a leader in international SAP and finance recruitment providing freelance and permanent SAP resources to our customers for their IT and business transformation projects.
One of our specialist sectors, SAP technology, is going through a big change as a new technology platform called S/4HANA is being rolled out.
All the big brands in world business use SAP, from international fashion labels such as Adidas and Burberry to high end manufacturers such as McLaren and Dyson.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• You will develop, grow and manage your own portfolio of clients
• You will be supported by a team of resourcers who will help find the best candidates in the market
• You will qualify suitable candidates for client requirements and ensure constant communication throughout the process
• You will need to be familiar with LinkedIn and be expected to use DSR’s own CRM system full of SAP professionals
• Obtain and speak with references for each candidate
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates
• You will need to travel as required to meet clients within the UK and in Europe

• You will need to be super competitive with a burning desire to win at everything

• Excellent communication skills. Being able to get on with people is key

• Strong business acumen and social media savvy
• Due to the nature of the SAP marketplace and our customer base, European business experience is desirable
• European languages are nice to have but not essential

Our salaries are negotiable with the potential to earn upwards of £50k per annum. We are also happy to match your current remuneration during the first six months so you have time to build a pipeline. Our commission scheme is uncapped and we also offer bonuses and a healthcare scheme.
