About DSR:
Based in Southborough, Tunbridge Wells, DSR Global is a highly established and successful IT and finance Recruitment agency. We provide freelance and permanent SAP resources to our customers for their global IT and business transformation projects and provide finance professionals in both the corporate world and financial services. We are seeking experienced Recruitment/Sales Consultants to join the team.
All the big brands in the world use SAP, clients include international fashion labels such as Adidas and Burberry to high end manufacturers such as McLaren and Dyson.
You will be expected to develop, grow and manage your own portfolio of clients and in time recruit and manage a small team. You’ll be supported by a team of resourcers who will help in finding the best candidates in the market but if you prefer 360 we also have a place for you!Our recruitment style is consultative and professional delivering a fast and superior service to clients. You will get your own LinkedIn premium account and full use of an extensive database of SAP professionals.
The office environment is fast-paced, rewarding and fun. Client visits, both in the UK and to Europe, are strongly encouraged. If you have a competitive edge, like working in a team environment and possess a sense of humour, you will settle in well.

Salaries are negotiable with the potential to earn upwards of £150k per annum. DSR would also be happy to match your current remuneration during the first 6 months so you have time to build a pipeline. The generous commission scheme is uncapped and there are also additional bonuses and a healthcare scheme. Basic salaries for experienced consultants range from £25K-£55K with a realistic OTE of £100K - £150K+.

About You
You will have a proven track record within recruitment and enjoy working in an energisingand competitive environment. Due to the nature of the SAP marketplace and the customer base, European business experience, cultural exposure or European languages are nice to have but not essential.
