A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our client to join their growing team as a Digital Customer Service Advisor.
Duties include:
* Dealing with incoming contact - emails and live chat, with an aim to resolve any queries raised by end users, customers, and agents as soon as possible.
* Log all contact in the correct manner.
* Process incoming documents and administration
* Gain knowledge regarding the products - training will be given
