We are a building contractor based in Kent specialising in building repair work for insurance claims. Due to sustained growth in the level of business activity, and future expansion plans, the company is seeking an experienced Operation Contracts Manager to join its Operation Team
A preferred profile of the successful candidate is set out below:
SMSTS qualification and CSCS cardholder
5-15 years of building repair experience managing a caseload of multiple claims with a typical value from £1k to £25k
A proven ability to develop excellent working relationships with clients, and to motivate and manage sub-contractors and employees.
Trade qualification and organisational and administrative skills
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of a caseload multiple claims/projects for clients and policyholders. This involves arranging and managing the performance and cost of resources on site from Project Approval through to Final Account stage, including dealing with variations and monitoring on site Health & Safety. ,producing CPP and dealing with CDM
Remuneration and ProspectsSalary will be . £35--40k pa and will reflect your capability, experience and qualifications, mobile phone provided, car allowance or Company Van will be provide
