P&G Scaffolding is looking to grow their team with some exciting new projects coming up!
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a career within the Construction Industry with the successful candidate being supported and mentored throughout.
This would suit somebody who has 1–2 year’s experience and is keen to learn and develop their skills whilst working for a successful, stable, warm and friendly company.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Collation of Staff Time sheet and data entry.
• HR assistance ensuring the correct recording of wages, holiday pay, absences and initial first point of contact
• Answering telephone calls from clients and suppliers.
• Arranging training, chasing, updating of individual and company records including training matrix
• Creating project files.
• General office admin tasks.
• Ordering office consumables & stationery.
• Archiving.
• Creating tender files for new projects and keeping the board up to date.
• Completing PQQs for new clients
• Purchasing and hiring materials
• Signing off invoices
• Recruiting and on boarding new starters

Person
Specification:
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ideally the candidate will have previous experience in an office environment.
• Ability to multi task and meet deadlines, whilst under pressure.
• Full, clean driving licence.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Hours of work are 8.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

29 days holiday including bank holidays
