Betacove’s core business delivers insurance claims repair services, job management and reinstatement work for well known, service driven home insurance providers. Mainly focused on the domestic part of this industry we carry out between 1500 and 2000 claims per year. That means we liaise, administer and deliver services to customers in their hour of need all over the southeast of England.

You will be responsible for the day to day management of Betacove’s Business Operating platform, ensuring that all client communication platforms are updated and maintained to the required level, and adherence to Betacove and their individual client’s requirements at all times.
Championing our core values and promoting our commitment to 'best in class' services to our clients, claimants and customers.
Managing the business process systems in ensuring the attainment and compliance of our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) throughout the project / claim life cycle, including; value and case management targets, proactive customer liaison and communications, updating of systems, liaising with trades staff and contractors, and coordinating appointments, site attendance and procurement needs where required. Experience of sales and purchase ledger will be an advantage but not essential.
