Systems Support & Reporting Analyst

We are looking to fill a Reports and Systems Support role based at our client's brand new open planned offices, situated just outside of Maidstone with plenty of free parking on site. Ideally, we are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of System Support experience, who also have advanced Excel skills, good database and SQL skills; who is also skilled in reporting tools.

In this role, your time will be split between the support desk where you will be assisting users and resolving their problems with business systems. The rest of the time you will be working with internals users with reports, understanding their needs and developing solutions to these requirements. You will also have the opportunity to get involved with a multitude of business-wide projects from a reporting and support aspect.

Working in a team of 8 application / process experts within a wider IT team of 14, this is a busy and rewarding role within a company that is extremely stable with good growth. They wish to maintain their industry-leading placing on Technology within their sector and believe that investment in people is core to this.

Requirements
We are looking for people with 5+ years of relevant experience:
· Advanced Excel (Pivots, Index Match, VBA, Power Query)
· Relational databases
· Programming and text languages (Python, HTML, CSS, LaTeX, CMD)
· Business intelligence (BI) visualisation software
· Problem-solving and troubleshooting
· Data cleaning, data mining, data QA
· Database management
· Experimental data analysis
· Full Microsoft Office Suite
