Senior Architectural Technician

Required to join my client, an award-winning architectural practice with offices in Sevenoaks, Kent.

You will have a proven portfolio gained working in the residential sector, ideally including a wide spectrum from individual houses to multiple unit schemes. A bias towards medium to large multiple tenancy schemes would be particularly relevant. You will be experienced in the use of AutoCAD and have a good working knowledge of the UK building regulations. A basic working knowledge of Excel and Word is essential. You will be delivering Building Regulation/Construction packages but will also be expected to provide support on Planning Application packages as required.

You will be expected to take ownership of technical delivery of projects, this will include liaising and co-ordinating with other consultants in the design team and liaising with manufacturer/suppliers as necessary.

A positive, hardworking and friendly attitude is a must in this expanding architectural practice.

Monday to Friday, 28 days Holiday (including public and bank holidays) + Pension

Due to the rural location you will need to be a driver with your own transport.
