Job Information

We are seeking to recruit a Customer Services Representative.

With a firm belief that print sales is not just about ink on paper, we need an exceptional individual that will knit with our Commercial & Productive Team. Promote our organisations strategy, building trust, gaining knowledge, supporting the client and their aspirations to maximum.

You will work within a dedicated Commercial and Customer Services Department, comprehensively interpreting Client project demands from initial briefs, supporting the Sales & Client Services function & liaising with the Internal Production.

Accustomed to working with Shttleworth MIS systems, you will be numerically & commercially astute with a keen eye for detail. It’s essential that you have enhanced customer communication skills, as you’ll manage clients’ expectations with a focussed attention to detail, all in an organisation that rewards your skills & experience with a stimulating & secure opportunity to professionally flourish.

The hours of Work are Mon to Fri 8.30 to 5pm, 40 hours per week. Paid holiday + bank holidays
