Your role in installing signage and hoarding on new home developer construction sites is crucial to our ongoing success.

** You must have a desire to work outside in a physically demanding role.
** Accept that the job involves over time in busy periods and can occasionally require overnight stays.
** Have a positive attitude to working alongside our existing team of fitters.
** Be prepared to work within strict health and safety restrictions on construction sites including a willingness to undertake and pass regular drug and alcohol screening.

** You must hold a clean driving license.
** It would be advantageous if you hold any other qualifications/certificates (CSCS card, IPAF, CAT and Genny Cable Avoidance, PASMA Tower Scaffold, First Aid etc)

** You will be erecting signage and flagpoles, fitting hoarding graphic panels, excavating and digging holes and CAT scanning the ground for services.
** Be able to work from site plans and drawings.
** Comfortable communicating with site managers and our customers.
** Comfortable speaking with our office to discuss your daily jobs.
** Good at keeping your vehicle and tools clean, well maintained and regularly checked.
** Committed to wearing the correct PPE at all times whilst working on site.

The ideal candidate will be very personable, well presented and punctual. If you have experience in fitting fencing and/or hoardings this would be very beneficial.

** Based in Lordswood, Kent
** Predicted annual earnings between £28,000 to £34,000 per year including overtime and bonus schemes
