Are you a legal cashier looking to start work immediately?
Do you have experience of working in a legal firm?
We need you!
Reed Accountancy are supporting our Tonbridge based client who is looking to secure a Legal Cashier on a fixed term contract.
The ideal legal cashier would need to be able to show previous experience within a legal firm and be able to complete the below legal cashier duties:
The Duties:
• Process and input credit notes, debit notes, payment transfers and searches
• Match, batch, and code all purchase ledger invoices
• Prepare and process payments
• Check completion statements
• Input of payments on to the bank line
• Allocate incoming payments to clients’ accounts
• Speak with clients and other firms to confirm bank details
• Bank reconciliations
• Opening and closing of credit and deposit accounts
