Our Client is looking for a Sales Support to assist the sales team with the daily tasks. You will be the point of contact for clients taking inbound calls and processing sales orders.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30- 17.30
Accessible by public transport
Main Duties
* Completing sales enquiries correctly, efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Answering phone calls, providing our customers a solution to any problems
* Support Internal Sales Assistants and Account Managers by processing sales, problem solving and offer any necessary support to keep customer accounts happy contributing to sales growth.
* Communication between the client and the customer to ensure the entire process is seamless and to deliver every time.
* Delivering industry leading customer service by going the extra length to maximise retention, whilst building our customer base and sales.
* Completing admin duties when required.
Experience
* Must be able to work in a team.
* Knowledge of the building or industrial industry would be an advantage
* Good organisational Skills.
* Be able to work under pressure and to remain calm.
