We are a busy independent financial adviser firm, specialising in pension transfers and have an opportunity on our administration team to help meet our client processing demands. We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our busy administration team.
There are various roles available and specifics can be discussed upon a successful application.
Main role requirements could include:
Actioning incoming policy information by extracting key data to enter onto our internal database.
Inbound and outbound calls – you may be required to contact pension providers to gather missing information or clarify any queries on information we receive.
Producing Suitability Reports for our clients based on the adviser’s recommendation, including completing transfer forms, producing illustrations and submitting applications
Liaising with external providers to gather updates, and relay this information onto our clients.
Data entry – updating our CRM following any work completed on the case
Targets based on quality (accuracy) and productivity.
Qualities we look for:
Be a team player – able to work well within in a team, and under your own initiative.
Driven – can work towards targets and motivate yourself to meet business need.
Organised – able to prioritise your own workload based on importance/urgency
Strong attention for detail – this is key! All data entry must be accurate and have a good eye for quality.
Option to negotiate the balance of working from home and in the office available.
Salary
Starting Salary: £17,500
Salary increases to £18,500 upon passing probation.
We have a banding system in place which means there is the potential of earning up to £28,500 as you progress.
