Are you a quick learner, reliable and looking to learn new skills?

This is an exciting 1 year apprenticeship position where you will join our experienced hub team who provide information, advice and guidance to vulnerable adults, enabling them to make positive changes in their lives and develop independence. This role is a great introduction to social care and the voluntary sector, and you should expect to achieve an NVQ 2/3 in Business Administration or Customer Service. We are recruiting for an immediate start.

Based in a fast-paced office, you will assist the team with basic admin tasks to support the constant flow of referrals and enquiries. The ability to follow processes, excellent data entry skills, speed and accuracy are key, and you will be trained to use our bespoke database. In addition, you will have the opportunity to develop confidence in communicating with clients, families and social care professionals by phone and email. You should have a pleasant telephone manner and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.

To meet funding requirements, the applicants must be aged 16-24 and not in education, employment or training, and be registered as unemployed. The role offers Apprentice Minimum Wage.

This role offers core support for our services for vulnerable and disadvantaged people.
