Senior Management Accountant | Kent-Agile working | £45k + Benefits

Superb opportunity for a qualified Management Accountant who is available on 1 month notice or less, to join a large service business who are seeing continued growth. Working in a newly created team, this is an interesting, varied role in a business that has a complex structure and consolidation process so you will get an opportunity to see everything.

The purpose of this role is to support the finance division with the preparation of monthly accounts, key balance sheet controls, budgets, forecasts and business plans.

You will provide support to Finance Manager for all financial dealings with Director and other members of the Senior and Business Management Team ensuring financial reporting processes are in accordance with current legislation and best practice.

The role requires -
• Qualified professional, ideally with experience in management and statutory reporting
• Ability to think operationally and commercially and understand the financial implications of operational decisions and challenge when necessary
• Ability to identify the key risks and opportunities that impact the performance of the division
• Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis and double entry bookkeeping
• Strong communication skills. Able to present information and analysis in a clear concise manner, with constructive and meaningful evidence to support change
• Strong systems skills and the ability to streamline and automate processes
