We're looking for a Multi-skilled and enthusiastic tradesperson able to deliver a first class repairs service across a variety of our properties in East London including Walthamstow, Hackney and Tower Hamlets. Travel to other areas including North London may also be required.

What we are looking for

With a relevant qualification in your primary trade as a Carpenter and one or more secondary trades including Plumbing you will have good customer care and admin skills and enjoy working with people and finding solutions to problems. UPVC window and door experience would also be an advantage.

You will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and new installation work to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.

You'll be given protective clothing, a van to get you there as well as the specialist power tools you'll need. We also offer:
