An opportunity had arisen for a Full-time Office Administrator to join our Family run business in the Medway Towns.
We are seeking a positive, organised team player to join our expanding company to help with the day to day running of our several clients.
Previous experience of working within an office environment is essential as well as having strong knowledge in all aspects of Microsoft office. You will also need to have a good telephone manner as all appointment are made over the phone. We are looking for someone with a “can do” attitude towards their role. You will also need to have an excellent attention to detail and work well under pressure.
Day to day will involve;
• Deal with suppliers ordering materials
• Making appointments
• Diary Management
• Creating Quotations
• Raising Invoices
• Data inputting
• Dealing with queries either over the phone or via email
• Be able to work to deadlines
• General Admin
The hours will be 8:00 to 5:00 Monday to Friday
