We are looking for new Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join us at Critical Project Resourcing in Sevenoaks, in which we have a growth plans for 2021.

This is an exciting role where you will join a team focusing on placing critical engineering candidates in large infrastructure projects throughout the U.K. At Critical Project Resourcing, we like to do things correctly and ethically to build long lasting relationships with our clients.

The current Health Crisis has impacted multiple sectors, but as we deal primarily in infrastructure, we are seeing a trend of further investment to improve the road and rail networks, so opportunities for further growth.

We cover many disciplines in the infrastructure sector and place individuals on major environmentally and socially changing projects like HS2, Crossrail, Kings Cross development and Trans Pennine project within rail. Not limited to Rail, we also cover many other engineering projects in buildings, civils and structures.

You will serve our clients by finding the best engineering and management talent, to build bridges, design roads and railways, to ease congestion in cities, improve transport links that manage and protect the environment. This side of the business calls for an active sales approach and for someone who is self-motivated, organised and driven.

To be a successful Recruitment Consultant you’ll manage the multiple vacancies being able to multi- task effectively and move quickly between tasks as different needs arise throughout the day. Organisation and time management are crucial skills for any recruitment consultant looking to pursue a career. Those who utilise these skills best will see their earnings increase more quickly. This will be a 360 Recruitment role, so not only you will undertake candidate management, but also manage client accounts undertaking business development.

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will receive in house training where you will be mentored by leading consultants ensuring that you get the best start to the Recruitment profession.

Requirements:

Worked during School/College/University
Ideally Degree educated
Been a member of a club, society or sport team
Achieved an independent challenge such as travel, work or a personal accomplishment
Competitive and yet a team player
Able to conduct themselves in a mature professional manner
Outgoing and confident being comfortable dealing and holding conversations in a professional capacity


This position may suit you if you live in Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Tunbridge wells, Maidstone, or any other area within the West Kent regions as this position is specifically based in Sevenoaks. Due to currently COVID guidelines we are working from home currently.
