Customer Support Administrator - A fantastic Opportunity!
Are you looking for a new and exciting role?
Would you like to join a reputable, friendly family run business?
My client is an established and successful manufacturing company based just outside of Kings Hill.
Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a Sales Support Administrator covering Customer Service, Order Processing and Sales Administration.
As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Telephone and email correspondence to external and internal clients
Liaising with suppliers quotes for materials/services.
Ordering supplies and liaising with customers
Ensuring a high level of customer service when advising quotations/sales orders/invoicing/purchasing
Raising sales invoices
Basic administration duties
Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
You must have:
Excellent communication skills
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure
A good sense of humour
Self-Motivated
Excellent numerical skills, ideally an A-Level in Maths
Microsoft IT skills
Customer service experience
The working hours are Monday to Friday (Early finish Fridays!).
