JOB TITLE: Receptionist
LOCATION: Ashford, Kent
SALARY: £10ph
TERM: Short term Temporary
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
We have a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable company in Ashford who are recognised for providing an excellent service to their clients. This is a Temporary role starting immediately and will be an ongoing week by week assignment.
The day to day duties in your new job would be:
* Based on reception, meeting and greeting clients
* Answering calls and taking messages
* Typing up notes and client files
* Handling the post
* Supporting the team with Administration
* Covering sickness across other departments
We'd love to speak to candidates who have:
* Good Customer Service skills
* Experience using Microsoft Office
* Who are available immediately and happy to cover short term temporary roles
