Customer Support Advisor

£22-27k DOE

West Kent

8am-4.30pm Monday to Friday

A rare and exclusive opportunity has arisen for a strong customer service professional to join a stable and successful business in West Kent.

My client is a 'values-led' b2b organisation who puts the customer at the heart of everything they do.

This role is integral to the customer experience, and therefore requires someone who genuinely takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and can maintain high standards. Also integral to this position is attention to detail - meticulous organisation and ability to spot errors is essential for success within this position. This is a busy, varied and fast paced role suiting someone who is career driven and looking to make an impact

Duties are varied, but include:

* Delivering exceptional customer service to all stake holders
* Problem solving
* Order processing
* Offering practical product advice to customers - manufacturing or technical background would be an advantage
* Recording customer and order details and maintaining accurate records
* Using your initiative to ensure that there is little room for error and customers receive goods as expected
* Acting as an ambassador for the business always, actively demonstrating the core company values through everything you do

To be successful you will have/be:

* Experience in an office-based customer support role, dealing with the sale of products, ideally with some sort of technical offering
* A fantastic attitude to work and the desire to maintain high standards personally and professionally
* A positive personality with a 'can do' attitude
* A meticulous attention to detail
* A genuine passion for customer service, with the communication skills that allow you to deliver it
* The ability to use your own initiative with a good level of common sense
* Practical mind with good level of common sense
* Organised and efficient
* A solid working history demonstrating reliability and employability
* Accountable for everything you do
* A meticulous attention to detail
* Ready to support your colleagues wherever necessary with a collaborative outlook
