Pearson Whiffin are currently recruiting for a well-established financial services company based in Mid Kent, who are looking for an experienced and pro-active Regulatory Manager with good current knowledge of pensions to join them on a full time, permanent basis.



Duties include:

* Supporting the Head for Compliance with ensuring company is up to date with all relevant laws and FCA guidelines
* Day to day management of the team
* Support and oversee compliance training
* Oversee completion of regulatory reporting
* Ensuring regular updating of compliance policies and procedures
* Oversee reviews and audits
* Offering support with any projects
* Producing monthly reports
* Studying towards completion of CII qualifications
* Any other duties as required

The successful candidate will have/be:

* Previous compliance and regulatory reporting experience from a financial services background is essential
* Knowledge of pensions is a distinct advantage
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to collate data and report on findings
* First rate interpersonal skills
* A positive, proactive outlook
* The ability to stay calm under pressure
* Super organised and methodical
* The ability to lead, motivate and inspire!
* Meticulous attention to detail
