Job Title: Client Management Assistant
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week working on a rota basis
Salary: £9 per hour (depending on age and experience)
Place of Work: Rochester, ME2
We are looking for a confident and vibrant person to join our young and exciting company within our Rochester Head Office. Paramount are the leading provider of specialist housing accommodation services to local authorities across the South East, and we are searching for a new staff member to join our busy Client Management Team. Outstanding customer service is key to this role, as you will often be the first point of contact for our clients who call our office (this role in entirely office based). Previous experience in customer service is welcomed, however this is not essential as full training is provided. You will be required to work on a rota basis within the team in the following patterns - 8am–4pm, 9am-6pm and 12pm-8pm. You must be an excellent communicator with a friendly and helpful approach, whilst being highly motivated with a positive can-do attitude.
Duties include:
• Answering telephone calls and emails from clients and managing their queries
• Updating our in-house data systems
• Contacting clients to conduct surveys and maintain tenancy information
• Communicating with other teams (such as the Repairs and Bookings Teams)
• General administration functions within the organisation
Role Requirements:
• Good timekeeping
• Excellent telephone manner
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Basic computer skills
