Sleeping Giant Media is looking for someone to join this ever growing team of digital marketing GIANTS. If you’re passionate about all things online marketing, and want to bring enthusiasm to the role, you may well be the person we’re looking for.

The Client Services Team is made up of people from different walks of life, who all share the common goal of exceeding expectations for their clients. They are responsible for designing unique and highly technical strategies for their clients to achieve higher levels of engagement and ROI through search engine optimisation and paid search.

Supported by the Client Services Director, Head of Client Services, and Head of Data this group of people want to welcome any new starter with a warm smile, a cup of tea, and a minimum 3 month course of training before setting you loose on client accounts.

We want you to come into the team raring to go, to learn the basics, and to constantly develop - pushing yourself, the team, and the business to greater levels of customer satisfaction through dedication to the role. The role involves learning and implementing the many skills and best practises around PPC advertising, Search Engine Optimisation, Outreach Strategy and Social Media to support the Search Account Manager in the running of key client accounts.

REQUIREMENTS
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Both written and spoken English to a high standard
An excellent grasp of mathematics and basic statistics
An aptitude for online
Excellent interpersonal skills
A keen ability to problem solve and find solutions
Prioritisation, time and workload management
Evidenced passion for digital marketing essential
Informal or formal qualifications preferred, but not necessary
