Job Description
Fleet Administrator
WP Commercials Ltd is a family run commercial vehicle hire company. We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Administrator to join the team. Candidates will need to have a positive attitude ,self motivated and conscientious.
Job role
Undertaking general administrative duties
Database management for vehicle drivers.
Booking MOT's and liaising with customers to ensure appointment reminders are sent.
Road Fund Licence renewals
Matching PO's to Supplier Invoicing.
Filing
Other ad hoc administrative tasks.
Key Requirements
Minimum 2-years experience in an administration role.
Experience within the commercial vehicle sector would be an advantage.
Driven, hardworking attitude and keen to learn.
Excellent IT skills - including Microsoft Office, training will be given for our inhouse system.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Committed, enthusiastic person with excellent time management.
Working hours
Monday to Friday 08.00 - 16.00
21 days holiday per year, as well as bank holidays
Own transport required due to location.
Job types: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £22,500 per anum
