City CV currently has a full-time Marketing Manager vacancy within our head office team in our offices near Matfield / Tunbridge Wells / Tonbridge. We are looking for the right person to play a critical role within our marketing team in our constantly evolving business.

We are looking for an individual who can:
Be instrumental and proactive in generating high quality B2B and B2C leads.
Help develop the City CV brand, ensuring all communication and marketing activity is aligned and effective across all audiences.
Skilled at making difficult decisions when required and work under pressure.
Provide support on PowerPoint presentations, business proposals and hands-on creation of marketing collateral.
Oversee / support content creation for blogs, social media platforms and City CV website .
Engage in some copywriting, sourcing and management of social media posts and blogs, including ensuring absolute accuracy in proofreading of all marketing collateral.
Work with the Business Development team to develop / maintain B2B business, ensuring brand quality is maintained.
Create and keep up to date marketing collateral, including fliers, posters, brochures, ads
Attention to detail is key.

We are rapidly evolving and maintaining excellence in service delivery is paramount – you will become a key member of the team from day one. You will be polished, corporate with high quality and ethical standards, and of course you must have a great sense of humour.
You will be experienced at dealing with professionals at all levels and providing an unparalleled level of marketing administration with the ability to be exceptionally hand on in a fast paced, high volume and busy environment. Background in HR, recruitment, financial services or executive search would be advantageous but is not essential.
Excellent salary, flexible environment and career progression. Hours are fixed at 9-5 Monday to Friday (this is not negotiable).
