Your new company
A well established local house builder now seek a site manager or strong assistant to oversee a new 10 unit residential scheme through site set up and groundwork phases, the assignment is initially for 2 months but could be extended if all goes well. The project is a traditional build development. groundwork's are being carried out by a subcontractor so this will be more focused on ensuring the site paperwork, site diary and health and safety is in order.

Your new role
You will be number 1 on site overseeing the groundwork subcontractor and maintaining the daily paperwork and health and safety standards for the scheme, reporting to a visiting contracts manager

What you'll need to succeed
You will need valid 1st aid, cscs and smsts qualifications and be comfortable managing a small project through groundwork's phase, you will have worked for a main contractor or house-builder previous and be working as an experienced assistant site manager or a site manager currently
