Trainer within the Insurance Industry

To work closely with the business leaders to design and deliver a wide variety of training for all employees in order to maximise the ability of those we aim to develop within the context of the business need, ensuring full ability in every individual and to contribute to the world leading customer service and claims operation.
At least 3 years of experience in delivering training and coaching
Ideally experience of working in an insurance environment but not essential
Knowledge of the insurance claims process advantageous
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft programmes in particular Powerpoint
Must be comfortable in an ever changing “market disruptive” driven business.
Immediate interview, and flexible start date
Monday - Friday - normal office hours
