Berry Recruitment are seeking an accomplished Operations Manager to join a established Facade and Cladding division within a large design and build company who are based in Bromley, Kent.

The role will involve overseeing on average 12 projects across the UK, managing Contract Supervisors and Site Managers and the general running and scope of works for all sites. You will be reporting to the head of the division and be second in command.

You will need to have extensive background working within the Facade and Cladding division across all systems.

- MUST have background as a Operations/Senior Contracts Manager within the Facade and Cladding division

- Strong knowledge of all Facade and Cladding systems

- Ability to manage multiple sites at any one time

- Oversee and manage multiple managers across the division

- Liaise with the commercial team - Estimators, Quantity Surveyors, Commercial Director - Managers and other Construction professionals

- Willing to commute and travel across the UK

- UK Driving License

- Committed and organised
