Your new company
An established Main contractor with a strong history of delivering medium to large residential schemes across Central and greater London. With an extremely busy workload and several major schemes imminent they now seek an experienced project manager to oversee a new Project in the West London area. Working on schemes of between 50 - 200 units with approx 10 live sites you will be managing a hi rise RC frame development of apartments with 2 floors of commercial space. Due on site within 6 weeks you will be involved from site set-up stage.

Your new role
As Project manager you will have full responsibility for the build of a new 130 unit RC frame residential scheme, reporting to the Construction Director on a fortnightly basis. You will lead all elements of the build from programming, procurement and recruitment of your team through to site set-up and delivery. You will produce fortnightly progress reports and via the QS will manage costs and ensure the project is being built to spec and within timescales.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced No.1 on site with a stable employment history of delivering medium to large new build apartment schemes. You will have worked for a main contractor or Developer and understand RC frame construction. You will be comfortable writing a master programme, managing multiple large subcontract packages and mentoring the site team, you will be fully IT literate, be able to produce fortnightly reports and be the main site liaise for all external stakeholders prioritising the companies best interests at all times
