We are Debbie's Villas (www.debbiesvillas.co.uk), a successful independent travel agent specialising in Orlando, Florida - due to continued growth we now require an additional Customer Services representative to join our team.
The successful applicant will be part of a team in a busy environment - they will have good communication skills (both verbal and written) and be able to work well under pressure, but a good sense of humour will also help!
Knowledge/experience of the travel industry and especially Orlando would be advantageous, but not essential as you will receive full training.
Good Customer Service skills and experience are a must, as this is at the heart of everything we do.
Will include occasional evening working until 8pm and some weekend shift cover.
Salary is negotiable.
