B2B Digital Account Manager needed to join a top Kent based Digital Agency.
The Digital Account Manager will be working with on some cutting edge websites for industry leading brands.
Some of your responsibilities include:
Project planning and management of timelines, deadlines, and budgets, ensuring we stay on track and deliver on our client commitments
Act as the point of contact for clients for digital management matters
Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact including via telephone and (when appropriate) face to face meetings with larger clients.
Set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
Business development across our accounts
Maintaining and growing our strong customer satisfaction
Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends Examples of some of your day to day tasks
Regular liaison with clients as well as the design and development teams for your on-going projects
Raising and managing support tickets with the development team
Raising invoices for work completed as and when required
Ensuring all work is completed on schedule, and keeping clients updated on timelines
Updating site content as and when required.
As it stands everyone is homeworking but there could an opportunity for the right candidate to work from home on a permanent basis.
