This is a rare opportunity to join a thriving company who supply product and services to a truly international client base. Due to busy-ness across their offices, site and HR function, they are looking to expand the team based near to Paddock Wood, with the support of a reception/HR admin support coordination.
If you are someone who thrives off variety, this role will be your chance to showcase your skill! Day-to-day this position will involve a blend of secretarial and HR responsibilities, including coordinating meetings at the offices and internationally too, arranging travel, assisting with HR admin, such as inputting data to the system, and organising the training courses, contracts and other key documentations for staff across the whole company.
We are looking for someone with a proven administration background, in whatever form that may be, who is willing to learn and adapt to this vibrant working atmosphere. Specific experience in HR isn't essential though could be beneficial.

Great starting salary (£23,000) along with training and support as needed.
