Hours Full Time - 5 days per week (including some weekends)
Our client, a leading specialist care in a residential setting, is currently looking for a carer to join their team on a permanent basis. Would suit someone who is patient, compassionate and caring
As the Carer, you will be responsible for theâ¦
* Providing care in line with all latest person focused practices
* Delivery of role while adhering to all health & safety regulations
* Reporting to Senior carer on shift
* Nurture and engage with residents to stimulate relaxed setting
* Support care plans in a person-by-person manner
* Deliver a quality service with care at the forefront of all you do
* Work as part of a team, communicating with team on other shifts
Person Specification:
* Experience in the care setting would be useful for the role
* Willingness to expand training and knowledge would be desirable
* History of safeguarding and care plans would be very useful for role
* A patient and calm manner is a must for this role
* An understanding of the regulatory framework that governs the service, including the role
of CQC and their requirements would be extremely useful
