MACHINE SETTER. (Mechanical)
Standex Electronics (UK) Ltd manufacture electrical switching components used in a variety of sensing devices. We are currently looking to recruit a Machine Setter/Operator working in our manufacturing division based in Tonbridge Kent.
To be considered for this role a Machine setting/Engineering Machine Workshop background is required. Experience of fine measurement using Verniers/Toolmakers micometer/DTI`s. Knowledge/understanding of Gas/Air Burners/pneumatics/Micro welding would be an advantage.
Due to our highly specialised machinery a period of training will be given to any successful candidate.
The position is for rotating shifts working (6.00am – 2.00pm / 2.00pm – 10.00pm) Monday to Friday.
