Accounts Assistant
Temporary, Full-time
West Malling, Kent
A fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing business as an Accounts Assistant on a temporary basis. You will be joining the Finance team to help the company expand by managing the financial transactions with their customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Processing customer invoices and credit notes on the billing platform managing customer queries
- Analysing and solving problems associated charges from suppliers
- Booking accurate records such as invoices, payments, receipts from different sources in
Sage accounting software
- Analysing reports and organising financial data for accounting departments on monthly
basis
- Coordinating and supporting other departments to automated processes to improve the
effectiveness and efficiency of operations
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Bookkeeping qualification or qualified by experience, with ability to demonstrate knowledge of 'Double entry bookkeeping' and Sage skills
- Confidence with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Pivot table, Vlookup)
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Efficient communicator
- Available immediately
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
