Due to ever-increasing production demand, our client is looking to introduce a Night Shift team that will enable them to ensure required stock availability and support the achievement of the Company's ambitious sales targets.
Reporting into the Night Shift Supervisor, you will work as part of the team in delivering set production outputs, whilst ensuring all the equipment is set up and in good working order at the start of each shift.
You will ensure adherence to Health & Safety regulations and schedule jobs on the computer system.
In addition, you will deputise in the Supervisor's absence.
You will possess recent moulding experience and show the ability to lead others in a target-driven setting.
You will have good IT skills and thrive on working as part of a team.
