Working as part of the Administration team, you will be providing a high-standard administrative support service.
Day-to-day you will be…
Develop, consistently implement and review processes.
Receive and implement requests from external clients.
Maintain up-to-date client files and data.
Obtain illustrations, valuations and other information, etc.
Process and track applications.
Providing ongoing care and support
Manage the administration workflow
Identifying and solving issues according to policies, procedures and checklists
Liaising with relevant parties to chase outstanding documentation required.
